Discover Our Approach to CSR
At Visline, we believe responsibility doesn’t end with on-time delivery. That’s why every day we care for the people we work with, the environment we live in, and the future we build together. Our CSR and ESG initiatives are authentic, well thought-out, and constantly evolving – just like our company.
Ethics That Drive Our Company

Trust, dialogue, and development are the foundations of our organization. That’s why we listen – carefully and regularly. Every year, we ask our people how they feel working with us. What works, what doesn’t, what can be improved. And then we act.
The company also has a Social Dialogue Group – an informal voice of the team that sits down with management and genuinely influences the direction of change. This is not a corporate façade. These are real conversations about important issues: job satisfaction, atmosphere, values, and the future.
We also create space for courage – through our Whistleblower Channel, fully anonymous, safe, and treated seriously. Because trust isn’t about perks. It’s a daily practice.
The Environment –
We Take It Seriously
In 2024, our total emissions amounted to 1,885 tons of CO₂, typical for a medium-sized transport company operating a fleet of around 100 vehicles.
Our additional daily environmental initiatives include:
- Installation of 135 photovoltaic panels on the roof of our Gdynia headquarters
- Waste segregation and energy-saving measures
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of fleet fuel consumption
CSR at Visline means concrete actions, not declarations.

ISO 14001 certification is not a goal – it’s our standard of work.
ESG at Visline
Every day, our trucks travel the roads of Europe, connecting people, businesses, and countries. But behind every kilometer lies more than just the transport of goods – it’s a responsibility. As a freight and logistics company, we understand that our operations affect not only the economy but also the environment, society, and our relationships with partners. That’s why we’ve chosen to act consciously and with the future in mind.
For 2025, we’ve set ambitious, concrete sustainability goals. We built them on the four EcoVadis assessment pillars: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Then we expanded them to include what truly makes a difference in our industry: innovation, community relations, cybersecurity, and risk management. This serves as our compass, guiding us on every route and in every decision.
These are not just slogans. Each of our goals is backed by a specific action plan – it’s measurable, assigned to the right people, and has a clearly defined deadline. By linking them to concrete KPIs, we can continuously monitor progress, report results, and keep improving.
Our vision? To build a responsible, resilient transport network that leaves the smallest possible environmental footprint, provides equal opportunities for employees, operates ethically, and genuinely supports local communities. Because we believe that sustainable transport is not just the future of the industry – it’s the future of us all.
We don’t send funds “somewhere out there” – we choose real, local help.
Because CSR isn’t PR – it’s responsibility.
When the war in Ukraine broke out, our employees didn’t wait.
We organized medical transports and donated blankets, tourniquets, and hygiene supplies.
In addition, the company donated its entire one-day profit – PLN 140,000 – to Caritas, which actively supported Ukrainians affected by the war.
We also support children from orphanages by funding computer equipment, school trips, and Christmas gifts.

We Sponsor Passion. We Support Growth.
It’s not just about a logo on a jersey. It’s about being where good things happen. We support sports teams, educational events, and grassroots initiatives that bring people together, build character, and positively impact the community.

Young Athletes
We sponsor the “Olimpijczyk” Student Sports Club in Skorzewo and Daniel Pek – a talented athlete and Paralympic silver medalist from London.

Racing Is in Our Blood
We support our racing driver Marcin Chmiel – not only as an employee but also as a true champion of the track.
Thanks to our financial support, he can develop his talent and promote Visline’s values: speed, precision, and passion.
