Delegation from Ghana Interested in Our Technology.

5700 km separates the headquarters of Visline from Ghana, a country which is considered a leader in democracy among African nations. Additionally, Ghana is famous for being the largest producer of cocoa as well as the birthplace of Kofi Annan – a former UN Secretary-General.

Is it worth the effort to travel such a distance to take a closer look at a solution that has revolutionized the monitoring and coordination of transport orders? Absolutely, especially when talking about software that is considered not only by the African business sector but also by the government sector – namely the Ministry of Health of Ghana.

The application in question is Vision, which for many years has been facilitating smooth freight execution for clients, carriers, and our employees. This solution is also very intuitive, making it a favored choice among our Partners. And we well know how big a challenge it is to design an application that, in an environment full of similar tools, stands out for its ease of use, reliability, and simplicity.

Vision allows for the real-time monitoring of the execution status of the transport service. The notification system informs the client and the forwarder about the progress made by the driver at different stages of the route. Additionally, it facilitates the quick transfer of documents between the driver and the freight coordinator.

Our guests were interested in the possibility of integrating Vision with other elements of the transport order management ecosystem. Therefore, a visit to the dispatch and dispatcher departments was a great opportunity to see how the application works in practice. The Vision system is considered as a solution that, among others, is to ensure efficient communication for the health service in Ghana. We keep our fingers crossed for a quick and efficient implementation.
