Golf swing
Sources say that during one round of golf, a player burns up to 2,500 kcal – mainly due to carrying a heavy bag with clubs. For Marian Kempa, however, it is a piece of cake, after all, as the President, he carries much more on his shoulders! He is second to none in managing Visline and playing golf (at least until he meets his wife or our Finance Director).
Our President is passionate about travel and he is also a barbecue master. Above all, however, a Husband, a Daddy (not a Father!) of three children (unless we consider Visline as the fourth one) and a beloved Grandpa. He also presents his pro-family approach at work: he is known for respecting employees and making efforts to make everyone at Visline feel at home.

Together to the finish line
Among us at Visline, there are not only golfers! Sport allows for mental rest after work, helps to keep fit and make friends. Something tells us that if we were to represent the company in any games, we would not have room for medals in the offices. Our Olympic Team would consist of:
Joanna Góralczyk
Branch Director Warsaw & Katowice
Asia regularly takes part in runs, including mountain ones and half-marathons. She also participates in MTB races, swims, skis and does conditioning exercises. You can also meet her on mountain trails – without skis or a bicycle, but with a tent and a good book in her backpack.
Tomasz Kempa
Continuous Improvement & Innovations Manager
An experienced participant of marathons, runmageddons and triathlons. Although he has replaced cycling with pushing a pram, he has not parted with sport. He plays chess and lifts weights (not just the cute ones that ride in a pram).
Dorota (vel. Dotty) Wałaszewska
Express Freight Director
Dorota has been working at Visline from the very beginning, i.e. for 16 years – and this is a result worthy of a marathon runner! There is no sport that she has not tried out, although motherhood is undoubtedly the most extreme of them.

HR & Payroll Manager
Being a mom of twins requires great organizational skills. Asia, who has been working at Visline for over 11 years, can definitely be proud of them, which is why she was able to perform well in various positions in our company. Her trademark is the aforementioned motorcycle, which in addition to freedom of movement also gives her a sense of freedom and provides a healthy dose of adrenaline.
Marcin Chmiel
Freight Operator
Visline always reaches its destination and nothing is impossible for us. When the gearbox died, Marcin finished the rally in reverse. This is one of the feats of our star of the GSMP formula, the Polish Mountain Car Championship. With his invincible Opel Astra GSI with 150 m. horses under the hood, Marcin wins first places in rallies fighting for the championship title. He inherited his love for motoring and talent from his father, a rally driver.
Daniel Hazelmajer
Branch Director Łódź
Like Asia, he has organizational and leadership skills: he is the manager of the branch in Łódź. The motorcycle remains his inseparable companion and favorite means of transport. In addition, he plays great football and is passionate about table tennis. He likes to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, photographing animals.
Art has many names
At Visline, there are also enthusiasts of art and culture in the broadest sense of these terms. Some have even made them their way of life, adding even more diversity to our team.

Team Leader
Street art lover: he likes graffiti and hip hop. This culture also influences his lifestyle: all sweetness and light – Jacek is just a cool mate 😉.
Paweł Kempa
Solo Freight Manager
A rally driver, an athlete, but above all a musician. Paweł has been playing the electric guitar in the Depressure band for several years. When asked about the group’s style, he says: We play depressive rock and have a lot of fun doing it.
Konrad Spuła
Marketing Manager
Konrad works two jobs in two different time spaces. After working at Visline, he moves to the (unjustly) past centuries, where, together with the band, he tells stories and plays old instruments. If you haven’t heard how the past is foretold yet, check out at the group’s concert.

To look good at the Champions’ Gala, the right make-up is essential. In this field, we can count on Ania, who devotes her free time to professional make-up artistry. She does make-up for models and brides, and more than one Polish celebrity has already made use of her talent! Ania has been working at VISLINE for 10 years. Within the company, she is also well known for her passion for learning: she constantly develops her skills and speaks three foreign languages!

Natalia is like a mix of the sacred and the profane. One day, she dives into the mud at the Runmageddon race, and the next, she dedicates herself to her other passion: nail styling. A good manicure is the foundation of every big night out, and her extraordinary precision also proves invaluable in competitive sports, where victory often depends on details.

What does a forwarder have to do with a traveller? They both cannot imagine their lives without a map! Our employees practice route calculation not only during working hours.

Paweł Tomaszewski and Grzegorz Ruszkiewicz
Team Leaders
Physically, they are separated by 350 km – Paweł works in Gdynia, while Grzegorz works in Warsaw. What unites them, however, is their position and their passion. Both are avid sailors. In addition to the wind in his hair and endless horizons, Grzegorz also loves shanty evenings in the Masurian Lakes region. Paweł, on the other hand, can’t imagine a voyage without his children, whom he is already infecting with his hobby.

While some are capable of leading the cacti to wither away, other peoples’ plants bloom like in Wonderland. The latter dominate our team!

She spends her free time tending her beloved garden. She has a way not only with dealing with plants: being a perfect housewife and irreplaceable party organizer, and cooks better than the stars of culinary programs. She also has a great talent for playing scrabble and… golf, in which she is supposedly better than the President himself.

The birds are chirping that Gosia is as effective in caring for plants as in debt collection. She is second to none in both areas! Gosia loves flowers and can create breathtaking compositions from them. She has already decorated a number of wedding halls and dressed up many brides!
