      Yes! Even if you don’t see a role for you, let us get to know you – we often look for people for projects that are just starting.

      Usually no longer than 2–3 weeks. We ensure fast communication and clear feedback at every stage.

      We respond to candidates whose profile matches our current needs. If you had an online interview, we always inform you about the outcome. If you only submitted a CV without further contact, it means we saved it in our database and may return to it later.

      First a short online talk (~45 min), then an in-person meeting – a dialogue, not an exam.

      It depends on the role, department, and market. In forwarding teams, teamwork and daily cooperation are key, so we prefer office presence. In IT or marketing, remote work is more flexible. Accounting is mostly office-based. Generally, one remote day per week is possible, and more can be agreed individually.
