In regularly conducted customer satisfaction surveys, we get high 4.6 out of 5 points year after year (average for 2013–2018). In the surveys, the following variables are taken into account: timeliness of delivering and loading, responsiveness and flexibility, communication, staff qualifications, speed of handling complaints, addressing problems, compliance with regulations and procedures, and the technical condition of the fleet.
