Key Account Manager
Location: Warszawa, Gdynia, Poznań, Łódź, Katowice, Kościerzyna

We are a modern and dynamic transport company seeking a talented Key Account Manager ready to take on the challenge of expanding our key accounts portfolio. We are already working with brands such as P&G, Unilever, Amazon, and Volkswagen – yet we are always hungry for new contracts. In this position, you will manage relationships with our clients and collaborate with freight forwarders teams from all over Poland!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively seeking and developing new clients and business opportunities
- Preparing commercial offers and conducting negotiations to finalize favorable agreements, including participation in tenders.
- Coordinating operational teams to ensure the highest quality of services and meeting customer expectations.
- Monitoring trends and changes in the transport market, adjusting our strategy for competitiveness.
- Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the transport industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Polish and English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling pressure, and making quick decisions.
- Proficiency in data and trend analysis to make strategic conclusions.
- Higher education, preferably in management, logistics, or related fields.
