COVID-19 announcement

Considering the epidemic situation in Poland and throughout the world, Visline have applied the following preventive measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and to maintain business continuity. The following regulations apply to Visline’s drivers, fleet, office employees, and payment system.

In accordance with the WHO recommendations, all our drivers are equipped with masks and protective gloves. They have also been specifically instructed not to leave the vehicle for as long as possible to avoid direct contact with other people. And it’s the driver’s duty to fill in the CMR note before obtaining a signature from the client.

Visline see to it that all vehicles in our fleet are regularly sanitized with professional disinfectants.

For Visline’s office staff it is obligatory to work from their homes. For those whose work requires being in the office, a shift system has been introduced. All scheduled business trips are now cancelled.

The currently existing situation has forced the company to introduce a prepayment system for transport services, for some of our clients. Execution of an order, i.e. unloading of goods, is only possible after the bank has confirmed the receipt of payment to our account.

Visline strongly believe that the precautions will help our employees, carriers and clients to get through the difficult times together. All actions are taken in hope to make the return to normal functioning sooner and least burdensome.
